One Habit Can Change Everything

Typically this section is filled with several strong self-coaching questions to help you reflect on where you’ve been and where you’re going.

This month however, I want you to focus on just one.

What is one habit that, if practiced consistently, could transform your life and leadership?

After you identify your one, shift your focus from thinking about it to building a system that helps you actually do it + keep doing it. Leadership transformation rarely comes from information; it comes from consistent action over time.

Use the questions below to help you turn this habit into a rhythm.

• Why would this habit meaningfully change your leadership or results?

• When will this habit happen in your day or week?

• What might compete with it, and how will you protect the time?

• What is the simplest version of this habit you can commit to consistently?

• What system or reminder will keep it visible?

• How will you track whether you’re doing it?

• What does success look like after 30, 60, or 90 days of doing it?

• Do you need accountability, encouragement, or even a reward structure to sustain it?

• Who in your life already models this habit well that you could learn from?

• How will you acknowledge progress along the way?
